Vernacular Remodel

The owners wished to revitalize their home. Though they spent much time on their main deck, the connection between exterior and interior spaces was lacking. In addition, the interior finishes were tired and the rooms disparate. The new plans created more connected interior spaces which also have a greater link to the exterior. A new stair to the Upper Level enabled better organization of the upper rooms. New windows and skylights bring in much more natural light to the active spaces and the core of the home. Updated finishes throughout breathe new life into the home.
