This Is Not for Everyone
Let’s be clear about a few deal-breakers.
If you’re looking for a predictable job with minimal human interaction, this won’t feel right.
If you need to be told what to do every step of the way, we’re not going to micromanage you.
And if you need a silent environment to focus, this studio might feel too alive. We play music. We talk. Ideas bounce. It’s part of the rhythm here.
Still reading? Good. That might mean you’re exactly who we’ve been looking for.
What You Want
You want your work to matter.
Not on a stage. Not in a spotlight. But behind the scenes where your care, foresight, innovation, and attention make everything better.
You want a team that recognizes your reliability and respects your judgment.
You want to help creative professionals do their best work—by helping them stay organized, on track, and supported.
You want a workplace that feels calm, capable, and clear—and you know how to help build it.
Who We Need
You’re thoughtful, thorough, and conscientious. You find satisfaction in structure. You take initiative. You care about doing things the right way—
especially when no one’s watching.
You may have a background in operations, administration, studio management, or project coordination. But more important than your resume is how you think, communicate, and show up.
You Are:
- Reliable, organized, and clear
- A strong communicator
—
both written and verbal - Skilled at managing multiple responsibilities without dropping the ball
- Proactive about refining systems and solving problems
- Motivated by making other people’s work easier, cleaner, and better
This isn’t a job you take because you’re unsure of your next step. It’s a job you take because you love helping things run well—
and you’re ready to make a difference.
What You’ll Do
Your day-to-day work will include:
- • Managing the principal’s calendar and inbox
- • Coordinating city submittals and applications
- • Organizing internal meetings, files, and systems
- • Supporting project submissions and documentation
- • Helping maintain the operational rhythm of the studio
- • Supporting marketing and outreach efforts
- • Contributing to a culture of clarity, accountability, and care
You will become the steady presence that allows the team to remain creative, responsive, and energized.
Growth Opportunity
Grow with us. If you’re hungry, you’ll do well. Get on the ground floor of a scaling company with plenty of room for growth and advancement.
